Okay, I wasn't actually riding my bike (but I do look quite fetching in a beret!). And honestly, it's pretty rare that we have leftover baguette around this house. But I can attest that these bags WILL keep your bread fresh far longer than the flimsy plastic bags they typically come packaged in.
Bakery bags (of all sizes) are made from 100% cotton lined with a food-grade, BPA-free PUL fabric*. They function similarly to a typical dry bag - just roll the top down and secure with the snap tabs. Bakery bags are machine washable, but not microwave or oven safe.
