Pour-over or drip, trust me when I tell you that there isn't a cup of coffee that can't be enhanced by using a cloth filter! Unlike paper filters, cloth filters don't filter out the oils in coffee that give it its rich flavor and balanced acidity. Cloth filters also catch all of those pesky micro grounds that can slip through a metal filter and right into your cup - if you're like me, you're drinking that coffee right down to the dregs, and there's nothing worse than that last mouthful of grounds, am I right?

My filters are made from unbleached muslin, and can be reused dozens of times, if not more. Clean-up is a breeze - just dump the grounds, rinse, and hang to dry. I recommend boiling your cloth filters every couple of week to prevent oil buildup.
